Bzr revision metadata that doesn't exist in git:

 - revision ids
 - revision properties
 - ghost parents
 - file ids
  * git-sha+path -> fileid mapping

refs/bzr/<revid> refs to be able to find Git revisions based on Bazaar revision
ids.
