Implement a trivial implementation to make one test pass.
* test_upload.py:
(TestUpload.test_full_upload): Forget about blackbox tests during
incremental design as they are harder to debug.
* __init__.py:
(upload_full_tree): Trivial implementation.
(cmd_upload.run): Trivial incomplete implementation.
