Testing against remote branch and testing full/incremental are different.
* tests/test_upload.py:
(load_tests): Oops, add forgotten
TestUploadFromRemoteBranch. Delete TestFullUploadFromRemote and
TestIncrementalUploadFromRemote.
(TestUploadFromRemote, TestFullUploadFromRemote,
TestIncrementalUploadFromRemote): Deleted.
* tests/test_upload.py:
