Fix user handling.
* bzrlib/transport/http/_urllib.py:
(HttpTransport_urllib.__init__): Add (commented out) some traces
for transport creation avoiding cloning process.
(HttpTransport_urllib._perform): Don't handle user if there is
none, duh.
