* bzrlib/tests/test_selftest.py:
(TestTestCaseWithMemoryTransport.test_make_branch_and_memory_tree,

Inline previous calls to fail[Unless|If]ExistsOnDisk and clearly
explain their aim.

TestCaseWithMemoryTransport.failIfExistsOnDisk): Deleted. They
were more confusing than helpful.
