Drop files related to independent distribution of bash_completion plugin.
Even if the plugin gets maintained, developed and released outside the main
bzr tree, the maintainer most certainly won't be making releases from within
the tree, and users most certainly don't need these files around if they
only use the plugin as part of bzr.
