Add --directory option to 13 more commands.
This first batch deals with all commands mentioning "open_containing(u'.')"
in their run method: cat-revision, deleted, modified, added, unknowns,
ignore, ignored, lookup-revision, export, nick, re-sign, bind, unbind.
