Provide connect_socket (socket.create_connection) for pythons older than 2.6.
* bzrlib/tests/test_http.py:
(RecordingServer.connect_socket): Removed.

(TestingHTTPServerMixin.connect_socket): Removed.
* bzrlib/osutils.py:
(connect_socket): Remove code duplication, we are about to use it
a third time.
