Improve the committer matcher tremendously.

The old code would collapse multiple authors into being the same person.
The new code does a significantly better job. It doesn't get things quite
correct for entries that are missing an email address (tends to lump them
together.) Some thought about how to handle that better might be good...

Initial thought is to never match based on an empty field but to collapse
both by email and by username as the primary key...
