Viewing changes to INSTALL

Add check that the bzr program and bzrlib version match.

This may trap installation errors where bin/bzr is upgraded but not 
bzrlib, or vice versa.

Change new variable to bzrlib.version_info to be consistent with 
sys.

You need the Dulwich Python module installed (or in PYTHONPATH) and a fairly

recent version of bzr.

Installing bzr-git can be done by putting it into the ~/.bazaar/plugins

directory, and renaming its directory to "git".
