Trivial small fixes.

* bzrlib/transport/http/_urllib.py:
(HttpTransport_urllib.__init__): super __init__ *use* the
from_transport parameter.

* bzrlib/transport/chroot.py:
(ChrootTransportDecorator.get): Delete the duplicated definition.
