Renamed install_hooks to start_logging_connections (as per Martin suggestion).

* bzrlib/tests/transport_util.py:
(TestCaseWithConnectionHookedTransport.start_logging_connections):
Renamed from install_hooks.


* bzrlib/tests/commands/*:
install_hooks calls updated.
