Fix forgotten reference to _get_filename and duplicated code.

* bzrlib/transport/http/_urllib.py:
(HttpTransport_urllib._perform): Delete duplicate declarations.

* bzrlib/config.py:
(AuthenticationConfig._save): _get_filename() has been replaced by
_filename.
