Show actual path to bzr.exe in tests (workaround for invoking bzr selftest from Makefile).
This change required because when I'm running tests (for QBzr) via Makefile as:
bzr selftest -s bp.qbzr
then value of sys.argv[0] is 'bzr' and not fullpath to bzr.exe.
