Mention transport class name in test id.

* bzrlib/tests/test_selftest.py:
(TestTestSuite.test_test_suite): Fix failing test.

* bzrlib/tests/per_transport.py:
(transport_test_permutations): Add the transport class name in
id() or ftp tests collide.
