Clearer thread leaks reports.
* bzrlib/tests/__init__.py:
(ExtendedTestResult.stopTestRun): Report the number of threads
finally left running.
(TestCase._check_leaked_threads): Restrict the leaking test
definition to the tests that unambiguously leak threads.
