Changed test_bzr_serve_quiet to use in-process execution of the command.
- Re-uses run_bzr_serve_then_func by moving it into a parent class which TestBzrServe and TestCmdServeChrooting inherit.
- Added a little funky KeyboardInterrupt handling in _run_bzr_core so that run_bzr_serve_then_func can return the stdout and stderr.
