Made a few changes at the suggestion of vila.

- Fixed TestBzrServe class name.
- Fixed try/except syntax for python 2.4 compatibility.
- Fixed run_bzr_serve_then_func to always return stdout and stderr, even if bzr serve does not raise KeyboardInterrupt.
