* Removed blasted #pragma message s from Thread.h
* replaced external/[threads.h,threads_posix.h,threads_win32.h] with
the more standard tinycthread "library".
* renamed miss-named thrd_timeout -> thred_timedout
* added mapping for the mutex flags.
