* General documentation clean up.
* Made the doxygen optimise for C
* Changed SBoxPrivate to use union
* Implemented the s_box_new_xxx functions
* moved free_func from SBoxClass to SBoxPrivate to lessen confusion with SObjectClass->free, and keep it private.
