Take jam's remarks into account.
* bzrlib/transport/__init__.py:
(ConnectedTransport._get_credentials): Delete dead code.
* bzrlib/bzrdir.py:
(BzrDir.create, BzrDir.create_branch_convenience,
BzrDir.create_standalone_workingtree): Following jam's remark,
delete safe_unicode protection.
