Fix most of cicp related failures on OSX.
* bzrlib/tests/blackbox/test_filesystem_cicp.py:
Fix forgotten s/added/adding/.
* bzrlib/osutils.py:
(_cicp_canonical_relpath): Should be used for Darwin too according
to tests.CaseInsCasePresFilenameFeature.
